Mr. Oladosu Kareem Kamarudeen

He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a member of the board of corporate finance faculty of ICAN and the finance committee of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). Associate member of both Chartered Institute of Taxation and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

He attended The Polytechnic Ibadan where he graduated with upper credit in Accountancy as well as Bayero University Kano for his Masters in Business Administration (MBA).He has over nineteen years working experience in financial services and investment banking. He has headed a number of branches and departments in various Banks which includes: Continental Merchant Bank (CMB), Liberty Bank, Intercontinental Bank Plc. He was the General Manager/CEO of EBN Securities Limited (a subsidiary of defunct Equity Bank of Nigeria Ltd) before its merger with Intercontinental Securities Limited.

He has attended several local and international courses and seminars in the areas of Accounting, Investment Management, Corporate Banking and Relationship Management within the country and overseas. Also he was a participant at the prestigious Lagos Business School Senior Management Programmes (SMP 25).
